Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA)
The KCAA has established drone rules under Legal Notice 259- Civil Aviation (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) Regulations 2017
Persons can import, own and operate a drone in Kenya however, they must register the drone with the KCAA for a fee. To obtain a form to register your drone with the KCAA, email rpas@kcaa.or.ke
